How do I pay for my purchase?
Tropic Accents accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal. You will find these options on your order form. Your credit card information is protected through our secure server. 
           

What are your return policies?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Should there be a mistake in your order or if you notice any damage, please contact Tropic Accents within 72 hours of receipt.  Send email. We will do our best to rectify the situation. 

How do I return or exchange an item?
We try to picture and describe our products accurately. In the event that you make a purchase and decide not to keep it, please email Tropic Accents. We will refund the cost of the item, but we cannot refund the shipping costs to or from your location. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to us for a refund. There is a restocking charge of $5.00 or 15% of the cost of merchandise, whichever is greater. All returns & exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.

How soon will I receive my order?
Because our pieces are all handcrafted, we ask that you allow approximately 2 weeks for us to process and ship your order.
