To the right are pictures of a steel drum being transformed into an artistic design for your home. All pieces are hand cut, with hammer and chisel, from recycled steel drums.  

How do I pay for my purchase?
Tropic Accents accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal. You will find these options on your order form. Your credit card information is protected through our secure server. 
           

What are your return policies?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Should there be a mistake in your order or if you notice any damage, please contact Tropic Accents within 72 hours of receipt.  Send email. We will do our best to rectify the situation. 

Returns - Exchanges
We try to describe our products well, but if you receive your order and decide to return it, please email us. We can refund the cost of the item, but we can not refund the shipping costs. Prior to returning your order, please email us for instructions on how to proceed.  We will refund you less the original shipping costs less a $5.00 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 10 days of your receiving your order.

How soon will I receive my order?
Because our pieces are all handcrafted, we ask that you allow approximately 2 weeks for us to process and ship your order. We will try to ship it sooner.
