Indoor or outdoor wall decor. This brightly hand painted metal tropical fish wall hanging was hand cut from a 55 gallon recycled steel drum with hammer and chisel. The details of the tropical fish were pounded out into a bas-relief, so that the various details are more visible. The decorative fish is then hand painted in rich colors.
