This brightly hand painted metal tropical fish wall hanging was hand cut from a 55 gallon recycled steel drum with hammer and chisel. The details of the tropical fish outdoor patio - garden wall decor piece were pounded out into a bas-relief, so that the various details are more visible. The decorative fish is then hand painted in rich colors. Similar to the painting of Spanish and Mexican talavera pottery. A wonderful garden art design.
