This colorful hand painted metal seahorse wall hanging was hand cut from a 55 gallon recycled steel oil drum with hammer and chisel. The details of the seahorse have been pounded out into a bas-relief, so that the various details are more visible. The seahorse is then hand painted in rich colors.
